Postsecondary Planning & Transition Coaching

Virtual and in-person coaching for high school students as they explore and plan their transition to postsecondary education, whether that means college or university. Coaching begins in Grades 11 or 12 and continues as students start their postsecondary journey, offering ongoing support every step of the way.
With student consent, parents are kept informed of their progress throughout the process.
In-person sessions are available in Toronto, while virtual coaching is available to students across Ontario.
Services are available in both French and English.
